1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Balloon Crew (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

2. About Balloon Crew

Balloon Crew is a UK-based business providing balloon entertainment decorations, event styling, and related services.
 

3. Orders & Bookings

  • All bookings and orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Balloon Crew.

  • A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion prior to confirmation.
     

4. Bookings & Payment

  • To secure a booking with Balloon Crew, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Balloon Crew.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and retention of the deposit.

  • Balloon Crew reserves the right not to provide services if full payment has not been received within the required timeframe.


5. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to your booking (excluding date and time) must be requested at least 7 days prior to the booking date, unless otherwise agreed by Balloon Crew in writing.

  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Requests made after this period may not be guaranteed.
     

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you choose to cancel your booking, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • This is because the date is reserved exclusively for your event, preventing us from accepting other bookings, which may result in loss of work.

  • Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing.
     

7. Cancellations by Balloon Crew

  • In the unlikely event that Balloon Crew must cancel your booking due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

  • Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) illness, emergencies, severe weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
     

8. Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery and/or installation times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to the venue at the agreed time.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection of goods.
     

9. Product Care

  • Balloon products are sensitive to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and direct sunlight.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or reduced lifespan of products after delivery or installation.

  • Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided.
     

10. Liability

  • Balloon Crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

  • We accept no responsibility for allergic reactions, including but not limited to latex allergies.

  • Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the goods or services provided.
     

11. Events & Force Majeure

  • Balloon Crew shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, traffic delays, accidents, illness, or supply issues.

  • In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and reschedule where possible.
     

12. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Balloon Crew and must not be reproduced without permission.
     

13. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content created by Balloon Crew remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Unauthorised use of our content is strictly prohibited.
     

14. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
 

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website with the revised date.
 

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
